At school I provided first line support in relation to resolving DNS errors, general windows/IE errors and user queries in our open access centre.
I now have a VPS by using a custom Linux Ubuntu iso view able which has a vnc viewer on password is view-only. We have also enabled it with the ability via cli and systemfallback to generate custom iso spin when i have configured vmwareplayer around the machne allowing me to generate my own, personal virtual versions of Oses.
