The moment have to the outstanding wedding speech be delivered…?

How weddings have changed within the decades! From a handful to 400-500 invited guests; one-two to six-eight bridal party members; a simple wedding car to expensive and huge wedding cars; three course meals in order to six course meals; 1-3 live bands; simple attire to colorful and flamboyant dresses, suits and attire and off-the-cuff to well-prepared wedding speeches.

Talking about the latter, wedding speeches remain an important part of a wedding and guests do anticipate hearing them, talking about them before, during and even after they’ve been delivered.

We have all heard of wedding speeches delivered prior to the meal, during the meal and after the meal, yet it is of your strong opinion how the wedding speeches should be delivered following the meal. I understand that for several wedding party speakers i.e. Father of the Bride Speech, Father of the Groom Speech, Bride Speech, Groom Speech and Bestman Speech (5 main speakers), they’d choose to have the wedding speeches before the meal, to enable them to enjoy their meal (a lot of them are spending money for it!). However, is going on the invited guests and just how many (as well as the wedding venue staff) would rather wedding ceremony speeches being delivered as soon as the meal for most reasons, some of which include:

The invited guests have already been fed and watered and aren’t listening to wedding speeches on an empty stomach (at least of food, which would be so ahead of the meal, though weddings today do provide light snacks upon arrival in the wedding venue)
Food could be cooked and served at the agreed time (introduce wedding ceremony speeches ahead of the meal and their can be quite a delay of A quarter-hour one.5 hours, driving living rooms staff crazy trying to keep food freshly cooked, presentable and edible)
The wedding speeches act as the transition from the meal on the dancing (without a penny happening after the meal, everyone is expecting ‘a few words’ to become shared in regards to the Bride & Groom after which they understand they can get up, move, take a rest, go for a walk, navigate to the bar…)
It’s a challenge for folks with the Bride & Groom to talk in public areas, as most of them couldn’t survive used from it. So, they can, should they so wished, speak prior to / their meal.

There should nevertheless be some type of formal wedding speech(es) following your meal…
