The storyline of my mother and Whatsapp

It’s been 5 years since Sami went along to France to undertake his studies in engineering. He is courageous, ambitious, smart, and highly sensitive. Sami returns to Lebanon 3 times each year, in April, August, and December.

Nada, his mother, is 55 years old and doesn’t work. When Sami announced to her he will be planning to Paris to review, she was proud but also anxious. Scared and worried, she started sleeping less through the night, considering how her son would survive life in France. From your cold to women to food, everything worried her.
Before Sami left, he showed his mother utilizing Skype and promised to call occasionally to update her on his life, but he wasn’t sure this be sufficient.
Nada spent a lot of her days waiting for that Skype notification to determine and speak to her son. Each and every time Sami returned home, he noticed that her face increasingly showed indications of anxiety, which worried him a great deal. He became anxious but was convinced that his diploma from France provides him having a better life.
August 2017. Sami just landed in Lebanon and goes the place to find see his parents. He discusses
his mother’s face and sees something different: she actually is smiling and looks relaxed.
What is happening since 2012
Along with the technological advancements, WhatsApp was introduced to the entire world. This is revolutionary in lots of ways. Contrary to popular belief, it changed Nada’s life. She’s a simple learner and received a smartphone as a present from her son. Sami very easily share many specifics of his life along with her. Instantaneously, through voice messages, she will hear his voice any time in the daytime. She will also video-call him even though he’s on the street, inside a different country. Sami sometimes shares photos of his lunch, the elements, an article of clothing he desired to buy, and even images of his new girlfriend. Whenever she likes to anxious, she sends Sami a message, and many of times, she receives an
instantaneous response.
Technologies have been criticized a lot lately as a reasons why people are becoming distant, in some cases, specifically for people living abroad, it’s changed their lives.
