The 4 kinds of quality inspection services:
Pre-production inspection
An Inspector will be designated to visit the factory and appearance garbage and rough-wrought products with a random shopping process. All raw materials and outsourced parts should meet client requirement.
During production inspection (also known as “DUPRO inspection” in the industry)
The inspector will check the semi-finished, or finished products in line with the standards or signed reference samples. When the inspection outcome is REJECT, the inspector will notify the maker of the mistakes/quality issues. Keen Sourcing quality management department will discussed manufacturer relating to the mistakes/quality issues detected throughout the inspection and assist manufacturer to sort out a whole failure analysis report and corrective plan of action in order to avoid further mistakes.
Normally China sourcing service is 0/1.0/2.5 or 0/2.5/4.0 for During Production Inspection. It’ll be up to clients’ requirement.
Sampling plan: MIL-STD-105E/ GB2828.1-2003
Final inspection (also called “pre-shipment inspection”)
The purchaser could mean specific details for your inspector to check on before inspection including the number, process, function, color, size specification or packing details. Keen Sourcing inspector will the final inspection using the inspection standard or signed reference sample ahead of the goods are sent for delivery.
Normally AQL is 0/1.0/2.5 or 0/2.5/4.0 for Final Inspection. It’ll be up to clients’ requirement.

Container loading inspection
The inspector works together with the manufacturers to ensure when the packing meets the packing conditions. The game can be done inside the factory, warehouse or perhaps in the transmission process. Furthermore, the inspector will monitor all the products to become loaded.
