Facts You Should Be Informed About Course in Miracles

Keeping up with the expression “it is the thing that it is”? Simply what does that expression mean exactly?

Before I understood the deeper concept of this expression, I envisioned an emaciated yogi guru in the lotus position floating over the ground imperiously imparting wisdom that would take scholars multiple lifetimes to interpret. Seeing as how this can be my last life on this planet and the lotus position would put me in traction, I knew that consulting the program In Miracles is needed me clarify its meaning.

Is there a IT that we are talking about here? In accordance with the Course in Miracles, It’s truth, specifically God’s truth. How come it’s important to emphasize it’s God’s truth? Because God’s the fact is not ready to accept interpretations whereas a human’s simple truth is. Multiple versions of human truth have result in a myriad of religions. The Columbia Electronic Encyclopedia defines religion as being a “system of thought, feeling, and action which is shared by a group and that gives the members an item of devotion.”

Who devised the device of thought? On whose feelings are these thoughts based? Are actions really necessary? According to the Course In Miracles, God just is and our ultimate goal would be to resume the perfect state of being. There’s no thought or action inside the state of being, you only are. What mustn’t be forgotten may be the underlying thread of religions: God is creator, God is love and we are all perfect and infinite kids of God.

Put one other way, “it is exactly what it is” can be rewritten to “God’s love could be the only truth which is absolute” which truth knows no bounds and is also timeless.
