In the last year, many people have approached me asking me about my perspective, and also the perspective of A Course in Miracles, around the popular book and film The secrets. I was also recently motivated to take part in an expert panel discussion about the Secret as well as the loa on the Body Soul Spirit Expo in Calgary.
While i view it, The key provides a few powerful and necessary global messages worth appreciating.
The 1st message is the fact that our thoughts have a very powerful relation to our life. Another insight is always that we’re eligible for a wealthy life, although true wealth is more than merely cash and “toys.” Instead, it calls for feeling fulfilled in every areas of life, including our relationships, career, and health. What we should want to do is look within to discover if, in fact, we’re feeling worthy of authentic wealth.
Another message that’s subtly conveyed within the Secret, then one that we believe really was, is the fact that if we have a very heartfelt desire so we accept doing our part to manifest the drive, synchronicities arise, and dormant forces come to life.
Then again, Personally i think the thought that more “toys” in the form of cars, houses, jet planes, and boats is likely to make us happy and will be the tyoe of our ability to manifest is potentially damaging and crippling for many individuals who are already “bankrupt” inside the regions of self-love and self-appreciation. The challenge with this picture could be that the wish for often comes from a feeling of lack rather than a a feeling of completeness. These types of this, everything we get more hopes of feeling “full,” whole, happy, or accomplished, will in the end not work, since we feel a void internally.
The truth is that we are not empty, but already full, then when we know and feel this to get our new reality, then your outer world actually starts to “echo” our inner awareness.
A program in Miracles reminds us that as far as that we can accept and be truly grateful for our inheritance like an unbounded, abundant, whole, and unlimited Self, we’re going to attract to ourselves the right outward expressions of our own claimed inner worth. This reclaiming of our authentic Self will likely then miraculously bring into manifestation any material items which behaves the harder good of both our life and also those around us, but we are going to feel no dependency upon them for happiness.
