No Bake Maca Brownies

1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 cup Pitted Dates
1/2 cup Raw Walnuts
1/2 cup Raw Pecans
1 tablespoon Maca Powder
1 tablespoon Almond Butter

Directions:

In the bowl, soak 1 cup of dates in water for two – Three hours.
Strain and put the dates on the food processor.
Add 1/2 cup walnuts and 1/2 cup of pecans in food processor.
Add 1/3 glasses of powered cocoa and 1 ts of high protein bars. In addition we added a tsp of almond extract and half tbs of coconut oil to thicken the mixture.
Process until a dough consistency is achieved, adding more dates if your mixture won’t hold together when squeezed inside your hand.
Turn mixture out into prepared baking pan. Put in place freezer or fridge for 4 hrs to chill before cutting.
You can also refrigerate these brownies for a few weeks, or freeze them for about 2 months or even more. Get ready to experience them for dessert or as pre- or post-workout snack.
