With a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, in 2010 ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to generate a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
An expert in creating sculptors away from metal scrap, when a client approached Nishant to generate one among Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his baby baby girl can be an reply to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came as a possible chance to express the love towards higher power.

Despite the short notice, an undertaking that will require a dedication of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece in a month. Tirelessly day time and night together with his team, he says “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts would have to be handpicked so they could easily fit into being a jigsaw puzzle. The most challenging and challenging part was the entire process of hammering and bending several to obtain the desire type of our bodies. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors put into the process of executing the job with the deadline, which however we been able to accomplish.
A 6 ft . tall “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it’s made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are almost 10-15 mm thick that have been bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to restore a complete metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been manufactured from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts simply to name some. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) can be produced from gears, nuts, bolts and in addition having a piston block plus a wrought iron tail.
Using the 6 foot Ganpati created beyond automobile scrap for his client, the next problem for Nishant is really a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
