Which has a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, this season ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to make a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
An experienced professional in creating sculptors out of metal scrap, whenever a client approached Nishant to produce one of Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his new born little girl is definitely an response to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came as a possible opportunity to express his love towards higher power.

Inspite of the short notice, a job that requires a commitment of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece in a month. Tirelessly day time and night regarding his team, according to him “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts had to be handpicked so they could fit in as being a jigsaw puzzle. The most difficult and challenging part was the operation of hammering and bending the various to give the desire type of the body. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors included with task of executing the project with the deadline, which however we were able to accomplish.
A 6 feet in height “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it’s made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are almost Ten to fifteen mm in depth which were bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to restore a whole metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been created from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts in order to name just a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) is additionally created from gears, nuts, bolts plus which has a piston block along with a wrought iron tail.
With the 6 foot Ganpati created away from automobile scrap for his client, the next project for Nishant is a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
