For many years I went through challenging times and i also became driven to learn the things were happening in my experience.
This became among my life’s greatest challenges. I used to be so stuck in the victim mindset of why me, i almost missed out on Life Hacks and tests that have been being presented before me. Little did I realize, i is at preparation for my advancement. In those days it felt like I used to be moving into hell. The perception I needed of my experience then has not been great, I used to be focused inside the negative, packed with fear and searching for an individual something like that the culprit and take responsibility.
Then I discovered i has not been the only person under-going challenging times, there where many others under-going tough experiences too. Despite the fact that their experiences were a little different to mine, these were still being challenged on the core, this provided comfort if you know the hard journey has not been simply for me. Because of this understanding I began to give myself permission to come out of the victim mindset which had me in the mental prison for many years. The thing is that we all have to go through some challenging times at different periods of our own lives and nobody can tell why we should instead have these experiences. This then causes us to ask ourselves that which you are capable of doing regarding it? A lot of people find here, due to this question. You know yourself you do not know what to do which basically is really a recipe for mental bondage that results in the victim mindset.
What you settle upon here will define the trail that you’re going to follow. Lets take a good example. Have you ever felt just like you were a sufferer from a circumstance? What will happen that mindset is really a spiralling into negative emotions you may begin to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you happen to be down inside the dumps?
